The present paper sheds light on the natural and materialistic aspects of constructions in poetry from the pre-Islamic poetry until the end of the Umayyad era. The paper investigates how poetry had dealt with identifying location and imagination to produce artistic vision that immortalized the settlers of those villages or towns, it also investigates how the poets described the mountains, the rain, the birds and the plains. The producer upon which the present paper has been designed is the synchronic approach. It investigates every issue through projecting it to analysis bearing in mind that all the poems constitute one complete unit in which all the artistic images have been intermingled.
