Abstract
Isteshabulhal is one of Grammarians assets which used in devising linguistic rules, Assumes that there are Visible and hidden assets of the language performance. Grammarians controversy arose about the work of alharf (article), based their arguments on Isteshabulhal, designated by alhar that works.
The research began defines Isteshabulhal, then go to the definition of alharf , then devoted a chapter to talk on the concept of the realization of alharf starting point of Isteshabulhal, and treated in some words as "Kai", "hatta," and "ma", to invest harmony between theory and application in the realization of alharf.
