Abstract

This study measures Hazim Al – Qirtajjani's poetry in his Diwan (Poems collection) to his critical thinking in his approach from a reproductive imagination's perspective. This is according to him, the base and the essence of poetry. Hence, his poetry was a real applicable image of his critical imagination concerning the poetry's formation and creation based on systems and measurements such as representing the literary heritage in an irresistible manner as his poetry in considered as a complementary model. This made his poetry void of emotions, impact and does not meet the basic qualitative standard of poetry (i.e. reproductive imagination).
