Abstract
Badi az- zaman al-hamadani tried in this maqama to harmonize between the present life and religious duty but he couldn’t because of those who are administering mosque affairs such as iman and preacher. the maquma falls into two parts in its genral strcture. the first part deals with lengthly prayers and narrator issa ibin hisham played the leading role in it. He was depicted as a frustrated person who suffers from a sever conflect due to the incapability to conform between the time of worship and time of business.
In the second part ,almanamah, the leadin role was performed by the renowned hero of almaqamah abu alfatih aliskandari who sheds the blood of time on the altar of lies, deception and fraud through adream in which he saw prophet mohammed (peace be upon him). so, he almost made people forget thire suffering arts of making his living.
