Abstarct
The purpose of this study is to explore the development of mail and telex administration in Hijaz during the period (1916-1924) after the Arab revolt and its independence from the Ottoman Empire as this Arab state started to establish organization, despite that the mail administration was operating before the Arabic branches in most of Hijaz cities for public and indigoes use. The study adopted primary references such as Hijaz cities Qibla Newspaper issued for first time on 15 August 1916 and contiued to be issued for almost Eight years and forty days,the last issue number 823 dated on 25 Septemper 1924.
