Aspects of the Critical Terminology problems in the Modern and the Contemporary Arabic Criticism Studies

Abstract
This research deals with major problems related to the critical terminology in the modern and the contemporary Arabic criticism studies, namely: the multiple names of one notion, term usage to signify several notions, the lack of terms innovation process, and the following and the imitating of West. Motives of this research are, firstly, to identify reasons behind these problems. Secondly, to clarify impact of such problems on modern and contemporary Arabic criticism, and thirdly to introduce a methodical ways, may, help in solving such problems. This research has demonstrated that the paradox is, after all, a reason that would lead to results, because in the absence of innovation, originality, vision, philosophy and method in Arabic criticism, all these reasons can only result in ambiguity and marginalization and thus, lead to confusion in usage and handling.
