Employment of Heritage in Models of Syrian Novels Published between 1990 and 2010

Abstract

The presence of heritage in novel is a qualitative attend, especially that Arab writers have realized this heritage fertility and richness in terms of susceptibility to multiple readings.

The novel more races flexible in absorbing traditional forms and texts, via intertextuality, and the revival of heritage language in addition to its unique ability in the recruitment of the heritage characters, by turning them into valid codes for the expression of the present.

 Therefore we well track some of the manifestations of the presence of historical and literary heritage and linguistic diversity in models of Syrian novels which published   between 1990 and 2010.
