Abstract
This study indicates the Arab nation's start of building its cultural Arab-Islamic speech formulated by Islam and the face of the nation towards its application, urging the government to quote from previous nations and civilizations, the development of its achievements, and employment this scientific and cultural heritage in building a human and Islamic Arab civilization, characterized by it's scientific and technical progress, and it's vision different from others. So that it can impose itself and its impact on the neighboring Islamic peoples and their countries as a global human civilization represented the best is reached by the creativity of human civilization in the time.
